What we collect

Account data: your name, contact details, date of birth and country of residence. Identity data: the document you supply, its number, and the screening results against it. Transaction data: what moved, when, and against what reference. Technical data: IP address, browser and the sign-in record.

Why we collect it

To operate the account, to meet identity and anti-money-laundering obligations, to detect and prevent fraud, and to keep a record of decisions that can be explained to a regulator or to you.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your identity documents for marketing of any kind.

Retention

Transaction and identity records are retained after an account closes, because the obligation to be able to explain a transaction outlives the relationship. Documents are retained for the period the applicable rules require and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for processing to stop where we are not required to continue. Requests are made through the contact address on this site.
