Contact
Email reaches a person. We do not use a ticket queue for general enquiries, and we will never ask for your password, your full identity number or a one-time code.
Where to write
Report something suspicious
If you have received a message claiming to be from us that asks for credentials or a transfer, send it to us before acting on it. Reporting one that turns out to be genuine costs far less than not reporting one that is not.
What to include
A message that names the account and the thing you are asking about is answered on the first reply rather than the third.
- Opening an account, and what the identity check involves.
- A portfolio question: allocation, fees, liquidity or valuation.
- Something on your account that looks wrong.
- The introducer programme.
Never send an identity document by email. Verification documents are uploaded through the account, where they are stored privately and read only by the team reviewing them.
