Questions
- What is NAV?
- NAV, or net asset value, represents the value of a portfolio on a per-unit basis. It reflects the value of the investments held by the portfolio and is used to determine the value of your investment.
- What does liquidity mean?
- Liquidity describes how frequently you can normally request to sell or withdraw from an investment. Some portfolios may offer monthly liquidity, while others may have quarterly or other dealing periods. The applicable terms are disclosed for each portfolio.
- What is the minimum investment?
- Minimum investment amounts vary by portfolio and are shown on the relevant portfolio page before you invest. The applicable minimum forms part of the investment terms for that portfolio.
- Can I withdraw at any time?
- Withdrawal availability depends on the amount of settled cash in your account and the liquidity terms of your investments. If you need to withdraw funds invested in a portfolio, the relevant investment may need to be sold first, subject to the portfolio's dealing terms.
- Why can a withdrawal take time?
- A withdrawal may take time when funds are invested rather than held as available cash. In that case, the relevant investment may need to be sold before the proceeds become available for withdrawal. Processing and settlement times depend on the applicable portfolio and transaction terms.
- What does "under review" mean after I submit my documents?
- It means your submitted information is still being reviewed and the relevant verification process has not yet been completed. Additional information or documentation may be requested if required before your account or requested service can be approved.
- Do you show what the portfolios invest in?
- Yes. Portfolio information includes the relevant investment holdings, allocations, objectives, and other material characteristics so you can understand how the strategy is positioned before investing.
- Can I try the platform without investing real money?
- A demonstration account may be available to let you explore the platform and investment experience using simulated funds. Demonstration activity does not represent real investment performance and cannot be treated as an actual investment account.
- Open a demo account
