Introducer programme

Introduce new investors to our platform and receive a referral benefit when eligible investments generate applicable management fees.

How it works

Our introducer programme allows eligible participants to refer new investors to our platform. Where a referred investor makes an eligible investment, you may receive a referral benefit in accordance with the programme terms.

The amount and duration of any referral benefit depend on the applicable programme terms and the qualifying investment activity associated with your referral.

  • Referral benefits are based on eligible investment activity rather than simply registering an account.
  • Programme rates and applicable periods are disclosed before you participate.
  • Referral benefits are separate from invested capital and do not form part of an investment portfolio.
  • Self-referrals and other prohibited referral arrangements are not eligible.

What this is not

The introducer programme is not a multi-level marketing or recruitment scheme. Participants receive benefits only in accordance with the applicable programme terms and their eligible direct referrals.

Referral benefits are not guaranteed income and should not be represented as a source of fixed or recurring returns. The value of any benefit depends on qualifying activity under the programme.

Introducers should only refer individuals who may reasonably be interested in our services and should never encourage someone to invest beyond their financial means or risk tolerance.

Responsible introductions

Introducing an investment service carries responsibility. You should provide accurate information about our platform and avoid making promises about investment returns, performance, or suitability.

All investors remain responsible for making their own investment decisions and should review the relevant investment information and risk disclosures before investing.
